A rough-in is part of the initial phase of a new build or renovation project that takes place before the finishing work can begin.  

Plumbing rough-ins can be a small project like a powder room or a large undertaking like a basement in-law suite. 

Pennex can schedule your plumbing rough-in around the other contractors you will use for your project. Having a plumbing rough-in done early ensures that there is water service and drainage to support the completion of your project. Once the rough-ins and other contractors are complete, Pennex can then go in and install your faucets and fixtures like sinks and toilets.
